Opening Day MLB RUN-LINE BEATDOWN
(MLB) San Francisco vs. LA Dodgers,
Point Spread: -1.50 | -134.00 LA Dodgers (Home)
Result: Win
The San Francisco Giants had a disappointing year last year winning just 77 games. They will be entering this shortened season with a new manager in Gabe Kapler and without star catcher Buster Posey, who will be sitting out the season due to concerns over the Carona-Virus. The Giants offense was nonexistent last season. They were 27th in batting average and 28th in runs scored. Johnny Cueto will make the start for the Giants. He is 7-9 with a 3.53 ERA and 105 strikeouts in his career against the Dodgers.

The Los Angeles Dodgers kept the majority of last years team and added one of the top players in baseball in Mookie Betts, to an already loaded lineup. The Dodgers have on of if not the best offense from top to bottom in baseball. They also have a top starting pitching staff with Clayton Kershaw leading the way. Kershaw will make the opening day start for the Dodgers. Last year he was 16-5 with a 3.03 ERA and 189 strikeouts last season. For his career against the Giants, he is 23-12 with a 1.74 ERA and 350 strikeouts.

The Dodgers arguably have the best offense in baseball and will have one of the best pitchers on the mound. The Giants don't have much offensive firepower. I like the Dodgers in an easy win.

Play on the LA Dodgers on the run-line(-1.5 runs).
