(MLB) NY Yankees vs. Philadelphia,
Money Line: -132.00 NY Yankees (Away)
Result: Push
The New York Yankees are coming off a series win over the Nationals and will be facing a Philadelphia Phillies team that struggled opening the season. The Yankees had to battle back from a two nothing deficit and hit two solo home runs to tie it up and won the game in the eighth, 3-2. The Yankees will turn to J.A. Happ to keep their good start going. Last season, Happ surrendered 34 home runs last season, which was the most of his 14-year career. He pitched well in sprin /summer camp and is looking to continue that going forward.

The Phillies dropped two of three games to the Miami Marlins. Looking at the schedule before the season, these were games the Phillies were favored to win and were looking to get off to a strong start to the season. Philadelphia got off to a fast start, but the pitching let them down in an 11-6 loss that they had a 4-0 lead in. Jake Arrieta makes the start for the Phillies against the Yankees. He pitched the first half of last season with an injury before being shut down for the season. He is starting the season healthier and stronger.

Philadelphia did not look good against the Marlins, especially the pitching. That is not a good thing when facing the Yankees, who have shown the ability to hit the ball out of the park at any time. Happ has looked sharp during the spring.

Play on the Yankees.
