The Los Angeles Clippers were pounded in Game 2, 127-114 to the Dallas Mavericks. Kawhi Leonard had another big night for the Clippers, putting up 35 points and 10 rebounds, but it wasn't enough. Lou Williams helped in the effort with 23 points with seven assists. Marcus Morris Sr. added 14 points. Paul George shot just 4 of 17 and ended up with just 14 points. As a team, they shot just 10 of 34 from the 3-point line. Patrick Beverley sat out the game and is listed as a game-time decision.

The Mavericks had a chance in Game 1 but came up short. They left no doubt in Game 2. Luka Doncic had another big night putting up 28 points, eight rebounds, and seven assists. Kristaps Porzingis had 23 points, Tim Hardaway Jr. chipped in 17 points and Trey Burke rounded out the balanced attack with 16 points. The Mavericks had six players finishing with double figures.

The Clippers are 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings overall. Dallas has played the Clippers tough in this series. Doncic has been almost unstoppable and the other players on the Mavericks have stepped up their game. The Clippers will probably win this one but the Mavericks will keep it close and cover and may even win it.
