Money Line: 150.00 Kansas City (Away)
Result: Loss
The Kansas City Royals are coming off a 5-4 win over the St. Louis Cardinals last night. The Dark Knight Matt Harvey did not fare well in the start, going just 2.2 innings, giving up four runs on five hits. The Royals will hand the ball to Jakob Junis for today's start. He is 0-0 with a 4.00 ERA this season. In his career against the Cards, He is 0-0 with a 2.45 ERA and 15 strikeouts.

The St. Louis Cardinals have had a strange year so far and they will be looking to get back on the winning track against the Royals today. The Cards got a decent outing from Adam Wainwright who went seven innings and gave up four runs on seven hits while striking out four. The Cards will turn to Dakota Hudson for the start. He is 0-2 with a 3.46 ERA and 13 strikeouts this season.

Jakob Junis has given up two runs in each of his first two starts without making it past the 5th inning. The Royals have a good pen so if they can get another of the same type of outing from Junis they will be in a good spot. Hudson has not yet found the form he had last season. Kansas City pulled off the upset yesterday and with Junis on the mound, they are a live dog in this one also.

Play on Kansas City.
