The LSU Tigers and the Arkansas Razorbacks will meet in an SEC Slugfest Saturday. The LSU Tigers are a disappointing 2-3 this season after winning last year's National Championship. They are coming off a 48-11 blowout loss to Auburn. Quarterback Myles Brennan had thrown for 1,112 yards, to go with 11 touchdowns and 3 interceptions, but he’s been ruled out for the season. The offense is now expected to be run by TJ Finley, who has thrown for 408 yards, 2 touchdowns, and 3 interceptions this season. The rushing attack is led by John Emery Jr. with 246 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns and Tyrion Davis-Price has added 245 receiving yards and two touchdowns. The receivers are led by Terrace Marshall Jr. with 31 catches for 540 yards and 9 touchdowns.

The Arkansas Razorbacks fell to 3-4 on the year after a 63-35 loss to Florida their last time out. Interestingly the Razorbacks have alternated wins and losses for the seventh time in as many games this season. The offense is led by Feleipe Franks with 1,678 yards, to go with 16 touchdowns and 3 interceptions. The rushing attack is led by e Trelon Smith has 441 rushing yards and Rakeem Boyd has added 309 yards with 3 touchdowns on the ground. Treylon Burks has 34 catches for 508 yards and 5 touchdowns and Mike Woods has 413 receiving yards and 4 touchdowns to lead the receivers.

The LSU Tigers have had a couple of weeks to be embarrassed over their 37 point loss to Auburn. Last year LSU won this game by 36 as 39.5 favorites, It is not the same LSU team but they are not that bad. do not feel that they are 37 points worse than that team was. TJ Finley has had one good and one bad game but has had extra time to get ready for this game. The LSU defense has not been that good at all, but they are not facing a great Arkansas offense. I like LSU to take out some frustration on Arkansas.
