The Portland Trailblazers will be looking for their second straight win after a 128-126 overtime win over Houston. In the win, CJ McCollum had a huge night with 44 points and he dished out eight assists on 17 of 30 shooting, Damian Lillard added 32 points and dished out nine assists. Jusuf Nurkic chipped in with a double-double consisting of 12 points and 11 rebounds to go with six assists. The Trailblazers lost a five-point lead late in the overtime period before McCollum ended it with a game-winning 3-pointer with just 6.9 seconds remaining.

The Los Angeles Lakers have started the season the way they finished it and have won their first two games of the season. They are coming off a blowout win over Minnesota. The Lakers were playing without Anthony Davis but they didn't miss him. For the season, the Lakers have been led by LeBron James with 22 points, to go with 6.0 rebounds and 7.5 assists a game. Anthony Davis adds 23 points, grabs 7.5 rebounds, and dishes out 3.5 assists.

The Trail Blazers had to use a lot of energy in their overtime win over the Rockets. I can see them struggling to compete in this game. Portland barely got by a Houston team that was very short-handed and in fact, Portland trailed by 15 in the game. Even if Davis isn’t able to play, Montrezl Harrell has been an absolute monster for the Lakers off of the bench. The Trail Blazers have no one that can stop LeBron from bullying his way to the rim.
