The Gonzaga Bulldogs have not missed a beat all season and have posted a perfect 18-0 record so far this season. As a team, the Bulldogs are putting up 93.3 points a game and they are shooting 55.1 percent from the field and 34.9 percent from deep. On the defensive end, they are giving up 69.7 points and their opponents are shooting 41 percent from the field and 34 percent from deep. The offense is led by Corey Kispert with 20.6 points and two assists a game. Drew Timme adds 18.5 points and 6.9 rebounds.

The BYU Cougars have won six of their last seven games and could get a huge statement win with an upset of Gonzaga. As a team, the Cougars are putting up 79.2 points a game and they are shooting 48.1 percent from the field and 35.8 percent from deep. On the defensive end, they are giving up 67.7 points and their opponents are shooting 40.2 percent from the field and 33.4 percent from deep. The offense is led by Alex Barcello with 16.9 points and he grabs 4.6 rebounds. Matt Haarms adds 11 points.

The Bulldogs arguably have three of the top five players in college basketball. Gonzaga has covered at a 5-1-1 clip in the last seven meetings against BYU. The Cougars are not athletic enough or fast enough to stay with the Bulldogs in the open court. Throw in the fact they are coming off a layoff and may take some time to shake off the rust, which is not ideal against a Gonzaga team that can score a ton of points in a hurry.
