Nebraska head coach Fred Hoiberg did not play either of his two best players for 20 minutes in the loss to Purdue. This has been a lost season for the Cornhuskers and it looks like Hoiberg may be trying out new things and getting some young players experience. Penn State is a weird team as they are near the bottom of the Big 10 but just outside the top 30 nationally in KenPom’s rankings. They have revenge going also having lost to Nebraska last week to give the Cornhuskers their first league win in what seemed like forever.
