The Dodgers are 5-1 in their last six games against a left-handed starter and 12-4 in their last 16 road games. The Pirates are 11-24 in their last 35 overall. Anderson has struggled in May, giving up 13 earned runs in 10.0 innings in two starts. In his last two starts, he has pitched better allowing five earned in 10.1 innings over two starts. This will be Gonsolin's first start after missing the start of the season with an injury. He will probably be on limited innings but the Pirates have to be one of the teams you would want to make your first start against as their offense is pretty anemic. The Dodgers offense can put up multiple runs at any time.
