Rogers has faced the Phillies twice this season and in both games, the Marlins came away with a win. In those two games, Rogers posted a 1.42 ERA. Velasquez has not pitched well at home this season. Velasquez has not been able to go deep into games which puts pressure on Philly's below-average bullpen.
