Point Spread: -1.50 | 148.00 LA Dodgers (Home)
Result: Win
Western Division rivals meet when the San Francisco Giants take on the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Giants have been on a nice run, having won 10 of their last 13 games. The Giant's offense has scored 10 runs in their last three games and has put up four or more runs in seven of their last 10 games. The Giants will turn to Kevin Gausman to face the LA Dodgers. He's pitched well this season, posting an 8-1 record with a 1.49 ERA and 112 strikeouts. In his career against LA, he is 1-2 with a 3.56 ERA and 33 strikeouts.

The Dodgers have put together a four-game winning streak heading into this series. The Dodgers offense has put up 13 runs in their last three games and but has scored three or fewer runs in six of their last eight games. Walker Buehler will get the first crack at the Giants offense in this series. Like his counterpart, he has pitched well this season posting a 7-1 record with a 2.51 ERA and 94 strikeouts. Against the Giants, he is a perfect 5-0 with a 2.51 ERA and 45 strikeouts.

This should be a good pitcher's duel as both starters are a combined 15-2 this season. Buehler is coming off his first loss of the season but that had more to do with LA's offense than his outing on the mound. Gausman has struggled against the Dodgers in his career. Buehler is unbeaten against the Giants in his career and I look for that to continue as the Dodgers come away with an easier win than expected.

Play on the LA Dodgers minus 1.5 runs.
