The Philadelphia Phillies have picked the wrong time to go on a skid. They have lost five of their last seven. The Phillies' offense has been in a bit of a slump having scored 12 runs in their last three games and three or fewer runs in six of their last eight games. The Phillies will look to turn things around by sending Ranger Suarez to the mound. So fat this season, he has posted a 5-3 record with a 1.07 ERA and 51 strikeouts this season. Against Arizona, he is 0-1 with a dismal 11.81 ERA and seven strikeouts. The Diamondbacks have been on a nice run having won four of their last five games. The Phillies will counter with Humberto Castellanos on the mound. He is 0-1 with a 2.30 ERA and 12 strikeouts this season.

Ranger Suarez has looked good on the mound as of late. In his last 10 innings, he has given up just one run and three hits. Humberto Castellanos hasn’t seen the mound in over a month and this will be a bullpen game for the Diamondbacks. I like the Phillies to turn things around and get a much-needed win against the Diamondbacks.
