FRIDAY MLB TOTAL TRIPLE PACK
(MLB) Chi White Sox vs. Houston,
Total: 8.00 | -110.00 Under
Result: Loss
The Chicago White Sox will look to bounce back after dropping Game 1 of the ALDS against the Houston Astros. Lance Lynn struggled in his start, lasting just 3.2 innings allowing five earned runs on six hits and two walks. The Sox will look to even the series by sending Lucas Giolito to the mound. He posted a 3.53 ERA this season in 178.2 innings with 201 strikeouts and 52 walks. For the Astros, starter Lance McCullers threw 6.2 shutout innings with four hits, four strikeouts, and no walks. The Astros will counter with Framber Valdez on the mound. He posted an 11-6 record with a 3.14 ERA and 125 Ks in 134.2 innings.

The White Sox are 2-5 in the last seven playoff games and 1-4 in their last five road playoff games. The Astros are 152-74 in their last 226 home games. Houston is also 2-5 in their last seven in game two of a series.

Lucas Giolito had a better second half of the season, posting a 2.65 ERA as compared to a 4.01 mark in the first half. Valdez struggled at times down the stretch and that matched the Astros inconsistency the last month of the season.

These two teams ranked 4th and 6th in runs allowed. Both offenses can erupt at the plate but I don't see that happening. The White Sox need a win and will go to thier outstanding pen at the first sign of trouble.

Play on the UNDER.
