Game three can be a pivotal game in a series and this one seems more so. The Braves will send Anderson to the mound for Game 3. He has been the more consistent of the two starters. The Astros Garcia was outstanding in his last start but had given up five runs in each of his two previous starts. Houston should have some momentum from Game 2. The Astros are hitting .276 during the postseason. Houston has won six of the last seven head-to-head with Atlanta. The Braves have struggled in interleague matchups losing 17 of the last 24 and have lost 11 of the last 12 interleague games at home.
