Florida tied the series with a 3-2 overtime win at two games apiece. Both teams could feel that they should be up 3-1 or even have swept the series as close as these games have been and played out. Florida was second in shots per game but just 11th in goals at 3.23. On the defensive end, Florida is second in shots against and first in goals against per game at 2.41. The Rangers were 7th in goals at 3.39 and 12th in shots per game this season. On the defensive end, they were 10th in shots against and 7th in goals against per game at 2.76. The Panthers have only allowed nine goals in the series while the Rangers have allowed 11. Three of the four games have seen five goals or less being scored. Both goalies have been terrific in the playoffs, and I don't see that changing anytime soon. Three games have seen overtime and I look for this one to be low-scoring and close.
