The Oilers offense has been devastated with injuries. It is bad enough to lose one of your best players but to lose your top two makes things tough. Between McDavid and Draisait, one or the other has scored a point on 87% of the Oilers power plays. Edmonton won last week at home and had five powerplay chances. I don’t see where the scoring is coming from in this one. Seattle is winless in nine consecutive encounters with Edmonton. The Kraken’s previous victory over the Oilers came on January 3, 2023. The Oilers played the Stars last night and without their two big guns, I like Seattle to pick up their first win over the Oilers in awhile.
