This total is too low. The amount of star power on each team is too much for to not score 40+ between the two. With both being 1-1 with a chance to be the leader of the division, I think both offenses showout as the steelers did in game 1, and as the Browns did in game 2. Both defenses also let up 17+ points to lower ranked QBs this past week, and with the running game being hard to stop for the Steelers; I can see the Browns putting up points on the ground and forcing Pittsburgh to put the ball in the air which would be bad news for this Browns secondary who let the Jets throw wild all over them to comeback and win.
