Boston College has allowed an average of a TD more than Duke per game and scores an average of 17 points less than Duke game to game, so the question of who should win this game is clear in the numbers, however the question is if Duke will cover the number of 10 points essentially. Knowing how Duke has been very competitive against better offenses than BC like UNC (35-31 loss) and better defense than BC like Miami (45-21 Win) I like how this Duke team is picking up speed and should be able to continue the tough season that the Eagles are on. I lean towards the Over, as that is how the games have gone at home for BC, but this Duke Defense could limit the scoring effect and push this under. Just take Duke -9.5
