Neutral site matchup in ATL where Clemson faces off against the Ramblers who have lost all 3 of their neutral site games this season by double digit points (Texas A&M, Boise State and TULSA....) I think this a generous line to take for the Clemson Tigers who are 5th in the Atlantic Coast and have played well against inferior opponents. They don't have an efficient ATS record due to the outrageous spreads they were given in the beginning of the season, but beat Cal on neutral site by 8 and lost to a good Iowa team on neutral site by 3.
