Jeff Saturday needs this win and I think he gets it vs a Texans team who have QB Carousel'd their way into a top pick in the draft (incentive to lose) but doesn't want to lower the chances of getting a QB like CJ Shroud if they win. Lovie Smith will probably want to win more than "tank" the last game for his own sake, but I'm sure the GM would rather have a high draft pick.

Tanking-aside, the Colts have been dominant to start games, but just can't finish them. Texans will be missing 2 key lineman with adds to the vulnerability of sacks in this game for Deforest Buckner and Justin Houston, while the cornerback play has been pretty elite with Gilmore leading the group. A Colts win is the likely outcome given the lack of motivations for the Tanking Texans.
