The sweep is on the horizon with ATL facing off against a young pitcher in McKenzie Gore who makes his first start for the Nationals after playing for the Padres last year ending his first season with an ERA of 4.5 and 1.47 WHIP. Jared Schuster is starting his Major league career for the Braves today and the Nationals should be happy to finally have a chance to put up runs vs a newer pitcher in the pros, however Schuster is a promising young talent who did very well in the minor leagues and with the safety of the bats to back him up if things get rocky, gives me the same reasoning to take ATL -1.5 run line.
