Losing last game against the A's 5-4, a bounce back is in order with Shintaro on the mound for Oakland. I've cashed off betting against him in all 3 of his starts, and the Rangers are the more capable of scoring 5+ runs on him. For the Rangers Andrew Heaney isn't terrible and has been good since his rough first start, not allowing a single run in the last 10 innings.
