What a crappy game. I'm not betting on anyone to win here, but I'd lean towards the less crappy franchise that is Tampa Bay. Panthers have an interim head coach and are struggling as a team to get Bryce Young acclimated to the NFL. Heading into road gane vs the Buccaneers isn't exactly scary, their only victories at home were vs the Titans and Bears. Everyone is on the under, but I'll take the over @ 36. Tampa Bay should do most of the heavy lifting here, projecting their team total over that of 20 points. Pass Heavy teams like Tampa Bay have exploded vs the Panthers who have seen 3 of there 5 road games go over 40 points (they gave up 37+ to the Dolphins, Lions, and Seahawks on the road this season). Tampa need to show us some offensive success and Todd Bowles defense hasn't been sound enough to not see 10 to 17 points from Carolina here. I'll take the over
