I'm on Iowa in this road spot @ Northwestern for these reasons:

- This is a classic "Away team Good offense vs a Home team Good defense" matchup where you have to look deep into the numbers and factors to really find the edge of who will come out on top, and in these situations I automatically side with the away team who's offense travels well on the road, which puts more pressure on the home team that is more likely to lean on their defensive superiority.

- Northwestern are likely to be without 2 stars today, losing Ty Berry for the season a while back and now to be without 3&D asset Ryan Langborg who has scored 20+ points the last 2 games.

- I didn't like watching that last game Northwestern played vs Michigan at home (though if you followed me, we cashed that bet on Northwestern). It was scary though, and without Langborg going unconscious from long range, they wouldn't have covered the spread for our bet. It will only be harder in this matchup with Iow coming to town.

- Iowa are an elite scoring Unit. 13th in the nation in points scored (83 per game), 8th in field goals made, and have an edge in rebounding here.
