I'm on North Carolina -4 vs Michigan State for these reasons:

- Rebounding. Amando Bacot should have his way inside the paint. Nobody averages more than 6 rebounds per game on Michigan State, while Amando averages 12 per game, and there are two others that average 6.8 per game for the Tarheels.

- 3pt shooting. UNC being able to get Rebounds at will, is going to open up the gate for a potential three point shootout vs a Michigan State team that allows 22 attempts per game, and 7 threes made per game. UNC shoot 35% from deep.

- Scoring offense. UNC are averaging 81 points per game, have not scored less than 70 in 9 of the last 10 games (only UVA has held them under) while Michigan State have struggled to score 70 points in their last ten. UNC are a deceptively good defense with enough length to contain an already anemic offense ran by Tom Izzo. Unc are also a much better Freethrow shooting team.

- Coaching advantage lies with UNC, as Tom Izzo hasn't been known to make deep runs in the tournament while UNC are rarely stopped from getting to elite 8.
