Chicago finished the preseason 1-4-1 and played a lot of their starters throughout the preseason but the team looked out of sync which is expected with the amount of new faces the Blackhawks added during the offseason.

Utah joins the NHL after relocating from Arizona. Utah played very well in the preseason going 5-2. This will be Utah’s first regular season NHL game as well as the first regular season game played in Utah at the Delta Center. Utah is a lot like Seattle where they have a ton of depth in the forward group with young players throughout the lineup.

Utah is the better team by far and made additions in the offseason to improve their roster. Look for a big game by Utah HC in their first game in the NHL against one of the worst teams in the NHL.
