Oklahoma is coming into this game winning their first 2 games of the season and they are playing a lot better than they were a year ago. Their offense is back to scoring a lot of points as they scored 73 points on Arkansas State in their 1st game of the season, but their defense is also playing very well which is something they have not had in a while. They shut Arkansas State out in their 73-0 win against them and then followed up with a very good 28-11 win against SMU, their defense holding a very good SMU offense to just 11 points in the game. They are going up against a Tulsa team who has not played well this season. Tulsa beat up on Arkansas-Pine Bluff 42-7 in their 1st game of the season but they were smashed 43-10 by Washington in their last game. Oklahoma is the real deal this year with their much improved offense and their very good defense. They are going to be a threat in the Big 12 and they have something to prove this year after the season they had last year. Tulsa does not have the defense to stop this Oklahoma offense and Oklahoma is not going to take their foot off the gas here. Oklahoma will cover the spread in this game.
