(NCAAB) Michigan vs. St. John's,
Point Spread: -2.50 | -110.00 St. John's (Home)
Result: Loss
Michigan is coming into this game with a 2-0 record this season as they have had a strong start this year. They have wins over UNC Asheville and Youngstown State with both of those wins coming by over 20 points. As good as they have been this year, this is going to be their toughest test of the season so far and Michigan was only a mediocre team last season. They finished 18-16 overall and they are only returning around 45% of their minutes played as well as around 31% of their scoring from last year. They are going up against a St John's team that is 1-0 this season after winning their 1st game of the year against Stony Brook by 16 points. St John's was also a mediocre team last season, going 18-15 overall, and they are only returning less than 20% of their minutes played as well as their scoring from last year. St John's is also in their 1st year of a new head coach though as they just hired Rick Pitino to take over and even though they do not have a lot of returning players, Pitino is the much better coach here and has put together a team of players he can work with. St John's is going to keep the strong start in the Pitino era with another win here at home. St John's will cover the spread in this game.
