LSU is coming into this game with a 2-2 record this season and they are returning less than 35% of their roster from last year. They lost their 2 leading scorers in KJ Williams and Adam Miller who both carried this team last season. They have replaced some of their talent with some good quality players who were high in the Highschool recruiting classes, but this team still has a long way to go before they start showing some good results. Their struggles this season have shown in their first 4 games as they lost at home to Nicholls State and lost to Dayton at a neutral location. They do have a double digit win at home over Mississippi Valley State in their 1st game of the season, but they are also coming off of a close 4 point win against North Texas in their last game. They are going up against a Wake Forest team that is 2-2 this season and returning more than half of their team from last year. They did lose their leading scorer from last year but some of their other starters have returned and they have done a very good job of picking up some good talent to replace what they lost in the starting lineup. They have the same 2-2 record as LSU but their losses are much better as they lost by 3 on the road against Georgia and lost by 7 to Utah at a neutral location. They also destroyed Elon in their 1st game of the season and are coming off of a double digit win against Towson in their last game. Wake Forest has rebuilt their team this season much better and they are playing a lot better than LSU with the talent they have picked up. Wake Forest will cover the spread in this game.
