Utah Tech is coming into this game with a 2-3 record this season and they have had a very rough schedule to start the year. They have opened their season with 5 straight road games, having to do a lot of traveling for those games, and they are now playing their 6th straight road game here before they can go back home to play their 1st home game of the season. They have not been playing well in these games either as all 3 of their losses have been by 7+ points. Even their 2 wins were unimpressive as they beat a Jacksonville State team who is 2-4 right now by 2 points in OT and their other win was also on the road against Lake Erie who is not a Division I school. They are going up against a Lindenwood team that is 3-3 this season and has been playing much better in their recent games despite only playing 1 home game this season. They opened their season with 2 tough road losses against Nebraska and Iowa State who are both well above .500 but they have played much better in their last 3 games. After losing in another road game to Air Force, they have won their last 2 straight games with both wins coming at neutral locations, beating Omaha by 2 points and William & Mary by 11 in their last game. Their only home game played this season was also a 31 point win against Hannibal-LaGrange who is not a Division I school so they will be hungry to pick up their 1st win at home here against a Division I school. Lindenwood has been playing much better recently and this is the last game of a tough road trip to start the season for Utah Tech. Lindenwood will cover the spread in this game.
