The Bulls are coming into this game with a 6-14 record this season and they have not been playing well recently. They are coming off of a win at home in their last game though and they are going to have a lot of confidence here since they beat the Bucks at home in their last game without their disgruntled stars as well. They are also rested for this game and even though they have not been good recently, they have been losing a lot of road games as they have won 2 of their last 3 at home and have been much better there all season, 5 of their 6 wins coming at home this year. They are going up against a Pelicans team that is 11-9 this season and has been getting much healthier recently but they are also in a bad spot here. They have won their last 2 straight games but now they are playing on a B2B with this being their 3rd game in their last 4 nights as well and they were at home against the Spurs last night, having to travel to Chicago right after for this game. The Pelicans have also struggled more on the road this season as they are 3-5 this year on the road and have lost their last 2 straight road games as well as 5 of their last 6. The Bulls actually played better in their last game without the distractions of DeRozan and LaVine on the court and they will be hungry to follow up their great home win against the Bucks with another win here as they catch the Pelicans in a bad spot here.
