Creighton is coming into this game with a 16-7 record this season and they have not been great in their recent games. They have lost their last 2 straight games and they are only 7-5 in the conference this season. They are coming off of a 4 point loss to Providence in OT in their last game, but they have actually been much worse on the road recently as they have lost 2 of their last 3 games on the road with their only win in that span coming against DePaul who is one of the worst in the Big East. They are going up against a Xavier team that is 13-10 this season and has also struggled at times in the conference as they are 7-5. Xavier has been playing very well in their recent games though as they have won their last 3 straight as well as 6 of their last 8 games with their only 2 losses in that span coming on the road against ranked teams in UConn and Creighton. They have also been much better at home this season as they have won their last 4 straight as well as 7 of their last 8 games there with their only loss in that span coming against UConn, also being their only home loss in the conference this year. Xavier has been very good at home all season and Creighton has not been playing well recently. Xavier also lost to Creighton on the road by 7 points a few weeks ago so they will be coming for Creighton in this home game. Xavier will cover the spread in this game.
