Oakland is coming into this game with a 16-10 record this season but they have been a dominant team in the conference this year at 11-4. They have won 4 of their last 5 as well as 10 of their last 12 games with their last loss coming in OT and their other loss in that span coming on the road against Green Bay who leads the conference. They have been good on the road in the conference as they have won 2 of their last 3 as well as 4 of their last 6 games, and they are going to be pushing for a win here since they are in the race for the conference but have to stay on Green Bay's tail. They are going up against a Purdue Fort Wayne team that is 16-9 this season but has been very inconsistent in the conference at 7-7. They are coming off of a win in their last game but they have been alternating between wins and losses over their last 6 games, and they have actually lost 7 of their last 10 games as well. Even when playing at home, they have lost 4 of their last 5 games there so they have not had much of a home advantage in this conference. IPFW was much better at the start of the season as well and they have not been as good since getting into the thick of conference play. They also lost at home to IPFW 98-77 during that early part of the season, but IPFW has not been as good since then while Oakland has improved a lot since that game so Oakland will be coming for their revenge as well.
