Baylor is coming into this game with a 19-6 record this season and they have been good in the conference at 8-4. They have been playing well recently as they have won their last 2 straight as well as 5 of their last 6 games with their only loss in that span coming against Kansas. Baylor has definitely struggled more on the road this season though as they are only 3-3 on the road and have lost 3 of their last 5 games. They are coming off of a 13 point win on the road against West Virginia in their last game and their other 2 road wins this season came against UCF and Oklahoma State, but all 3 of those teams are also some of the worst teams in the Big 12 this season. They do have a 3 point loss on the road to Kansas which is not a bad loss, but they also lost to Texas and Kansas State in their other 2 road losses and those are not strong teams in the Big 12 either. Baylor has been decent on the road this season but they have only been able to beat up on the weaker teams in the conference while losing to the stronger teams on the road. They are going up against a BYU team that is 18-7 this season and has struggled in the conference at 6-6, but they are also a ranked team and have been for most of the season. They have also been very dominant at home this season as 4 of their 6 conference losses came on the road while their only 2 at home were against Houston, one of the best teams in the country, and Cincinnati in what was their 1st ever conference game as a Big 12 team. They have won their last 3 straight games at home as they also have a very strong home advantage and they are coming off of a bad 10 point loss against Oklahoma State, the worst team in the conference this season. BYU will be hungry to bounce back here at home and get their revenge on Baylor for a road loss they took against them earlier in the season. BYU will cover the spread in this game.
