Atlanta is coming into this match with a good start to the season so far. They opened the season with a 1-0 away loss against the defending MLS Cup Champions in Columbus, but they followed up with a 4-0 win at home against New England in their last match. Their defense was much better as well as their attack was in that match, but they were not awful in their 1-0 away loss to Columbus either. They are going up against an Orlando side that has not been in great form in their recent matches. They have lost their last 2 straight as well as 3 of their last 4 matches with no wins in that span and their defense has also been awful in those. They have also been much worse away from home as they have lost their last 2 matches and have been outscored 9-2 in those. Orlando is also going to be a lot more fatigued here than Atlanta as Orlando has already played 7 matches since the start of the season compared to Atlanta playing just 2 league matches. Orlando has had to play a lot of matches in the CONCACAF Champions Cup and they are not in a good spot here either as they are coming off of a 4-2 midweek loss in a match they had to travel to Mexico for while Atlanta has been rested since last week.
