The Timberwolves are not going to be intimidated going into Denver for this game as they have won 2 of the 3 games there in this series, but they also split the 4 games against the Nuggets during the regular season, winning 1 of the 2 games in Denver as well. The Nuggets are still the defending champions and they are bound to respond to that 45 point loss here at home, but the Timberwolves are going to get up for this game with the Western Conference Finals on the line and this is also a team that was supposed to be this good last year and it has taken them a full year to round into form but now they are here and they are going to be a true threat in the NBA moving forward. The Timberwolves are going to make a statement in this game as they kick out the defending champions on the road, or they will at least keep it a very close game if they lose.
