The Titans are coming into this game after an awful 6-11 season last year, but they have let go of Mike Vrabel and are now starting a new era in Tennessee with Brian Callahan. Callahan is taking over and already in his 1st season there he has rebuilt the team. Will Levis is coming into the season as the starter and he has a new running back in Tony Pollard to lead the ground game. Pollard is no Derrick Henry, but he was very good for the Cowboys last season as he had over 1000 rushing yards and averaged 4 yards per carry. He is going to help open up this passing game for the Titans which has some very good weapons in it as well. Hopkins and Ridley are both returning with something to prove and Tyler Boyd has now been added to that group as well. The defense has also been rebuilt as they have brought in players like Quandre Diggs and L'Jarius Sneed who are both going to be big boosts to this secondary. They are going up against a Bears team that is also going to look different this season as they drafted Caleb Williams with the number 1 pick and he will be the starting quarterback now. They have surrounded him with lots of talent as well, players like Swift in the run game and Keenan Allen in the receiving game. They also have a very good defense that they have been building since last season, but even with all of these talented pieces on the offense, it is still going to be a struggle in Williams' 1st NFL start. He only played in 2 of their preseason games and he struggled with his accuracy, completing 10/20 passes he threw. Now this is his 1st real NFL start and he is going to struggle with accuracy against this improved Titans defense. At the end of the day, Williams is still playing his 1st ever NFL game which is a big leap from college and he is going to make mistakes in this game that will keep the Titans around and possibly even cost them the game.
