The Eagles are coming into this game with a 12-2 record this season and they have been on fire in their recent games. They have won their last 10 straight games and their defense has been great in these games. They have held opponents under 20 points in their last 3 straight as well as 5 of their last 6 games. Their offense has also been great as they have one of the better running backs in the league, but Jalen Hurts also showed last week how potent their passing offense can be with the quality they have. They are going up against a Commanders team that is 9-5 this season and they have been playing well recently with 2 straight wins, but those wins also came against awful teams in the Saints and the Titans. They struggled to beat the Saints in their last game as well, winning by 1 point with the Saints missing a 2 point conversion which would have won the game. Their defense has been better in these 2 games against bad offenses, but prior to this span the Commanders lost 3 straight games in which they allowed 26+ points in each. They struggled to stop Saquon Barkley in the last meeting as the Eagles won at home 26-18, but the Commanders also scored a late TD to pad that score. The Eagles were able to wear down this Commanders defense and pull away in the 2nd half, this game will be no different as the Eagles have the quality to beat them both on the ground and through the air. The Eagles are also locked in on the possiblity of winning the number 1 seed in the NFC so they are not going to take their foot off the gas here against a division rival that is in a Wild Card spot currently.
