The Titans are coming into this game with a 3-11 record this season and they have not been playing great in their recent games. They have lost their last 3 straight games since pulling off the upset win in Houston against the Texans. Their offense has been awful in those games, but they scored 27 points against the Bengals in their last game and played much better when Mason Rudolph came into the game. Now Rudolph will be the starter, but he actually won his last start earlier this season with an OT win against the Patriots. The defense has been allowing a lot of points in their last 4 games, but they have also been forcing turnovers so they will have a better game against a weaker offense like this. They are going up against a Colts team that is 6-8 this season and they have not been great recently, losing 2 of their last 3 games, and they scored 13 points or less in 2 of those 3 games as well. Their last 2 wins came against bad teams in the Jets and the Patriots, but both of those wins were also by just 1 point each. They have played in a lot of close games this season as well, 4 of their last 5 wins coming by 3 points or less. The Colts do not have a great passing game with Richardson and the Titans have been very good at stopping the run in a lot of their games this season so it is not going to be easy for the Colts to move the ball. Tony Pollard has also been running the ball well this season so he will be able to take some pressure off of Rudolph so he can make plays in the passing game. The Titans are going to cover the spread in this game.
