The Jets are coming into this game with a 4-11 record this season and they are coming off of a 19-9 loss at home against the Rams in their last game. They have lost 5 of their last 6 games with their only win in that span coming against the Jaguars, but they have been playing much better in their recent games. They are coming off of a 10 point loss in their last game and won the week prior, but their last 3 losses before that were all by 6 points or less. Their offense has also been much better as they have scored 21+ points in 4 of their last 5 games, scoring 26+ points in 2 of their last 3 as well as 3 of their last 5 games. They are going up against a Bills team that is 12-3 this season and has been playing very well in their recent games, but they are coming off of a 24-21 win at home against the Patriots in their last game and were even down 14-0 in that game at one point. They are in a tough spot as they only need 1 more win to lock up the number 2 seed in the AFC, so they will be more focused on staying healthy for the playoffs. The Jets already played a close game against the Bills earlier this season, losing 23-20 at home, and Aaron Rodgers is still trying to prove that he should be a starter in the league next season whether it is for the Jets are not. The Bills have not been great on defense recently either, allowing 21 points against a weaker Patriots offense last week and allowing 42+ points in 2 of their last 3 games as well. The Bills do not want to show too much on offense in this game with the playoffs around the corner and the Jets have the offense to hang around in this game.
