The Cavs are healthy at this moment and are playing their best ball as they blaze through the second half of the season. They are at home after a three game road trip that they cleaned up in, and are in a good spot with one day's rest. The 76's not only have Embiid out but three other key guys and they are on the road in a spot that they haven't done well in in the last few weeks. They haven't covered in their last five games and are 2-8 straight up. This may seem like a lot of points but the Cavs can cover this as they are just on fire right now and won't meet much resistance from the 76's who seem to be in disarray.
