The A’s have no offense and that might be a good thing for this game to go under. Blackburn is good enough to quell some of the Cardinals offense by keeping runs of the board. The Cardinals bats have been quiet for the most part and even if they get past Blackburn, it won’t be too many. St. Louis are 5-1 to the Under after a game where the bullpen gave up no earned runs. When the game total is 7 to 8.5, the Cardinals are 9-2 to the Under and after a win, the Cardinals are 6-1 to the Under. Steven Matz who had been good so far, is on the mound today and should keep the A’s off the board if they muster any offense up. Matz is 8-2 to the Under when the money line is -100 to -150. Don’t expect a lot of runs, take the Under the Total.
