Tallion has pitched fairly well so far for the Cubs and Chicago have been won seven of their last ten games with a hot offense, so Mack likes them in this spot over the struggling Astros. Houston is struggling with their health issues and their bullpen issues, so this is another spot for the opposing team to take advantage of the Astros as they continue to struggle. That might turn around down the road, but in this spot right now, the better team with momentum will prevail. Arrighetti has played terribly and he might get pulled early as he still struggles with his ball control.
