This is a series where Houston will outmatch the A’s in bullpen, pitching and in their powerful offense. Harris is on the mound for Oakland and he hasn’t been that great this season, despite the ERA of 3.40, and tends to not go deep into games. The Astros can get to him today as he is vulnerable in this spot to giving up runs to the Astros lineup, who are experienced and can get to a pitcher like Harris. The Astros have done really well against Oakland in the past and are 8-2 straight up in their last ten games against each other. Arrighetti gets the nod on the mound and he has improved for the Astros and should be fine in this spot as Houston will back him up with their bats and they have the bullpen edge as well. The Astros are a much more elite team to be facing in this series and Oakland should struggle to get anything going against them.
