Seattle is off a much needed win coming into this series at home. They are battling the Astros for first place so this series means a lot for them. They have been good at home as a team and their bullpen has been dependable to check offense when needed. They are putting Miller on the mound and he has been reliable for them this season with an ERA of 3.63 and a WHIP of 1.06. The team has won his last two starts and Miller has already seen the Angels this season and was fantastic in that game only giving up 3 hits and striking out nine batters as the team went on to win 9-0. The Angels are going to struggle with their offense against him. Now the Angels are going with Anderson who has an ERA of 2.97 and Seattle has already seen him this month, he did give up four earned runs and two home runs, winning the game by one run. However, the Angels were at home in that series and now they face Seattle on the road where the Mariners are much stronger at home and have the significant edge in having the better bullpen. They should be able to give Anderson a loss while Miller pitches a solid game with an ERA of 2.10 when at home.
