MACK'S NFL FRIDAY **POR FAVOR!
(NFL) Packers (GB) vs. Eagles (PHI),
Point Spread: -2.00 | -110.00 Eagles (PHI) (Home)
Result: Win
Last season the Packers overachieved while the Eagles underachieved. They are determined to be more focused this season and that will show up in this game. Their offensive line won’t be affected as much with the loss of Kelce as they have good talent to replace that position. The Eagles will run the ball against the Packers and that was an area GB didn’t defend well against last season. The Eagles will win the battle and dominate in the trenches and they will be able to open up the pass game against this young Packers team. The Packer’s have lost key talent on their offensive line and that will be an issue for them, as well as losing Aaron Jones. The Packers didn’t fare well in their last international game and this field is going to produce some sloppy play and situations in the game that both quarterbacks are going to experience. It’s how both will handle those situations, and Hurts is a more experienced quarterback who knows his team well. This Eagles team is physical enough to create a lot of havoc plays, force fumbles and create turnovers. QB Love doesn’t fare well when he throws an interception as his team is 1-7 straight up when he does throw one, and this venue is going to be very unpredictable to a quarterback in his second season as a starter. The Eagles are the better team in talent, they have a lot to prove and they will play with a chip because they are being disrespected as a non contender for the Superbowl this season. This will be a close hard fought game so laying the small number with Philadelphia has value as this could come down to a field goal. International favorites are 29-15 against the spread and 33-10-1 straight up. Coach Nick Sirianni is also 3-0 straight up in season openers.

Best bet: lay the points with Philadelphia.
