Don't expect to see either of the team's star quarterbacks in this matchup nor many of the other starters on both sides of the ball. With that in mind, I like the Ravens in this spot with more continuity on offense and defense while the Eagles welcome in new coordinators and will likely spend most of the preseason just trying to stay healthy. Expect the hungrier Ravens to win this one.
