The Browns head into Houston as a slight favorite over the Texans. Cleveland had a week to rest some of their banged-up players and should have all of Flacco's weapons at his disposal. I like the Browns' passing attack against a Houston secondary that has struggled down the stretch, including against these same Browns. Stroud has done an outstanding job this season as has first-year head coach DeMarco Ryans. With Houston DE Anderson banged up, Flacco will have just enough time to exploit the Houston secondary and pull out a win here. Take the Browns -2
