I've given up thinking the Chiefs can cover a spread this season. More so here against Harbaugh's Chargers. The LA defense has mastered the bend, don't break defense, and will stay in this game by pounding the ball on the ground, creating opportunities in the short passing game, and limiting the Chiefs to field goals instead of touchdowns.
