Betting Trends: The Ravens are 19-21 ATS as betting favorites with Lamar Jackson, including 8-18 ATS when they're favored by more than a field goal.
I am all in on the Bucs spread on Monday night. I believe this will be a good spot to fade Baltimore off of a couple of close calls versus Cincy and Washington, as well.
The Buccaneers should pick apart the Ravens' secondary (27th in passing EPA allowed) — Chris Godwin and Mike Evans are bound to ball out! Tampa is a pass-heavy team (fourth in neutral game script pass play rate), meaning Baltimore's stout run defense is unlikely to factor as much into this matchup, as well.
On the other side of the ball, Tampa Bay is looking healthier with safety Antoine Winfield Jr. returning and matches up well enough against the Ravens' ground game. While completely stopping Jackson and Derrick Henry is nearly impossible, the Bucs should fare well, as they rank 6th in stuff rate, which measures how often a defense holds a ball carrier to no gain or a loss. HC Todd Bowles is a defensive guru, and while he appreciates how efficient his offense has been this season, I'm sure he'll have the D prepared and ready to play better ball on Monday.
